The QR code links directly to our registration system, where you can activate your lifetime guarantee and verify your stone's authenticity at any time. We issue our own certificates because we control the entire process — from crystal growth to final cut. No third-party intermediary can authenticate a ZEVERRA stone with the precision we can. The serial number engraved on your card is your direct connection to our archive.
Your certificate card is credit-card sized, 0.8mm brushed stainless steel, and designed to be kept alongside the piece it accompanies. It is not disposable — it is part of the ownership experience.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Contact us at guarantee@zeverra.com with your registered serial number and a description of the issue. We will assess the stone and, if covered under the guarantee, replace it at no cost.
